Title	trying to save my brother

Content	I have a teenage brother addicted to drugs, found stash of marijuna by by accident and straw with white residue inside while I was doing laundry. He has been on drug off and on for the last 2 years. I have talked with my parents they are not giving him any money because they know that he will just spend it on drug. and they hide thier money and wallets and nothing is missing from the house. I think I know who is suppling him with his drugs but I only know what his first name is and the area of which he lives that is all. please help he is 5'11 inches tall and only weighs 110 pounds. My parents can afford rehab
