Title what to do if noone cares?

Content I live in Evanston, Wy here it doesnt seem like local law enforcement will do much. Where I live here there are known drug dealers living close enough I can throw a rock and hit a dealers house. although it does not matter what you do to turn them in. I have given addresses plate numbers even photos and nothing. it makes me sick! and what is worse is the fact that all of them have kids. There is a large drug population here. that world has even corrupted good people that I know (well used to know) and ruined them.
