Content My name is Ben, In your particular situation, you need to be firm on where you stand. I smoked cigarettes, and my wife would not let me smoke in the house. I would go outside. When it was really cold one time, I said I was going to quit. My wife was pleased, but she said my mood had changed and three days later threw a pack of cigarettes to me. Instead of helping me quit my habit, she enabled me to contnue it. When I left for Iraq this past October, she told me I needed to come home smoke free, and that she was not sending me cigarettes from home. With that I knew that she would not tolerate my smoking any longer, and so I have slowly quit. It may take time, but do not give in, you must have zero tolerance.
