Title Helping my daughter

Content My daughter is on Prop 36 (California). She missed her last court date (10/9/08) for a violation and now has an FTA. She had a 4 yr suspended for personal use. I am trying to get her to go to treatment, her lawyer (public def) is of no use and now she wants to get a lawyer, which she cannot afford. I am telling her to turn herself in, but she is balking. Do you think they will now automatically give her the 4 yrs. (she is 24 and this was her first offense, except petty theft). Any advise is welcome. Thank you.
