Content	Society will not get any more forgiving regarding drug abuse so as long as he is using he will not be employed. Your oldest daughter may already be aware of your husbands situation and what is going on, if not it won't be long before she figures it out. It sounds like your husband is addicted to marijuana and this is not a good role model. You are clearly concerned about your family and made the right choice to stop using. In my house we have a zero tolerance policy. This has driven my son to runaway at 16-12 yrs of age, we have not seen him in a week in a half. While I want him home we will not tolerate drug abuse. We have given him so much support including a 90 day challenge camp that I will be paying for over the next 10 years. You have a difficult choice and nobody can decide what is right but you. I suggest you decide what your expectations are then discuss your concerns with him and clearly define your expectations (and if appropriate the consequences) with him. Best of luck.
