Title Advice Needed

Content My husband smokes marijuana all the time. I do not allow it in my house, if he is going to smoke then he does it outside because I have two girls. One is 12 the other is 2. I use to smoke but stopped when I had my oldest I stopped. When he does not have it he is mean and we constantly have to walk around egg shells with him. I am the only one working because he can't pass a drug test. I work my butt off full time. don't get me wrong he is a good dad but this problem. he had stopped for 3 months but started back up... any advice what I can do?? I get so tired of his attitude when he is out I give him money just to shut him up....Now he does not do no anyother drugs and rarely drinks.... any advice would be greatly apperciated.
